Founder
François Dekeyser, founder of CapTalents, founded the firm in 2004 after 12 years at the helm of an international firm.
With his experience as a sports coach and manager, he supports executives in talent recruitment, decision-making support, and board chairing.
Juliette Dekeyser
Partner
Juliette Dekeyser joined CapTalents in 2018, where she specializes in recruiting talent for high-impact and public-interest sectors.
Her background in journalism allows her to take a unique and human approach to recruitment.
